Some reports on the recent US elections
Several revolutionary and democratic newspapers have reported on the recent election of Donald Trump as a new president of the USA. We translated an article by A Nova Democracia on it as well as an article by Dem Volke Dienen. We hereby share some more reports:
First we share an unofficial translation of an article published by Yeni Demokrasi, from Turkey, published on November 6:
Trump won the US elections
Donald Trump, who was elected the 47th President of the United States of America (USA), made his victory speech. Trump has already won three of the seven “swing” states that will determine the election results.
“We made history tonight,” Trump said in his speech at the convention center in West Palm Beach, Florida, and added: “America has given us an unprecedented and powerful authority.” Stating that they are making history, Trump said that the USA will reach its golden age: “We have a country in need of help. We will fix our borders and everything about our country.” “This is a magnificent victory for the American people that will allow us to make America great again,” the 78-year-old politician said, promising to close borders and to make taxes lower.
Thanking the American people for being elected president, Trump also said “I love you, Elon” to Elon Musk, who gave him great support throughout his campaign. Not forgetting billionaire Elon Musk, who donated millions of dollars to his campaign, Trump said: “He is a wonderful man. He’s special, incredibly smart. We must protect our geniuses. We don’t have many of them. We must protect our super geniuses”, he said.

Furthermore, we share a resume of the article published by Tjen Folket Media, from Norway, published on October 6:
The Norwegian media pointed out how this campaign has increased its character of a “circus and farce”, as well as it is “an expression of the deep political crisis of US imperialism”. Tjen Folket reports that this crisis is affecting “all parts of society: the economy, politics and culture. For the US, the crisis leads to sharpen contradictions not only between the classes, but also within the ruling class.”
Although now there is a change of government, Tjen Folket reminded that the “Yankee State will continue to be a class State” and also that “Exploitation and oppression of the masses—both within the United States, but even more so in the oppressed nations—will obviously continue.”
