Developments in the War of Aggression on Iran

Over the past week, several escalations in the Yankee imperialist war of aggression on Iran have been carried out. This despite the fact that the US and Iran are currently in the middle of negotiations, and to which Iran have responded by defending itself, targeting several Israeli military targets.

For the first time in the war of aggression in Iran, an Apache Attack Helicopter has been destroyed, crashing outside the Strait of Hormuz.

In response to Israel’s attacks on three separate radar facilities within Iran, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) have announced “Operation Victory”, targeting what it describes as ‘key centers’ at Israel’s strategic Nevatim and Tel Nof air bases, reiterating that Iran stands ready to respond to any further attacks.

More military operations in central and southern Israel have been reported by Iranian state television, as well as incoming reports from Israel of ‘falling debris’ in Beit Shemesh and in Beersheba.

Reports of increasing casualties have been reported, with 77 Israeli casualties just in the past 24 hours, according to the reports of the State of Israel.

In a statement from Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters it was stated that “In response to the aggressions and mischief of the savage Zionist regime in southern Lebanon and the Dahieh area, which took place with the support of criminal America, the powerful armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran delivered a painful response to this regime in support of the oppressed people of Lebanon,” after which an announcement was made announcing that the attacks would cease for the time being, but warning that further attacks would trigger a much larger confrontation.

At the same time, Yemen’s Armed Forces have announced “a complete maritime blockade against Israel in the Red Sea”, as well as as missile strikes against targets in the Jaffa area. Yemen linked its actions to the criminal attacks on Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen, describing the campaign as part of a broader effort against Israeli and American military actions in the region. This comes as commander of the Iranian Quds Force announces that a new “security belt” now stretches from the Strait of Hormuz to Bab al-Mandab (the strait separating Yemen from the African continent).
