The Kurdish so-called “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF, also known as “Rojava”) have confirmed that they will fully integrate into the new regime in the Syrian State, in a way concluding the final chapter of their history.

The SDF, which were formed during the civil war in Syria and led by the PKK, put the liberation of the Kurdish people in Syria on their banners, but sold themselves to Yankee-imperialism as mercenaries, doing their dirty work and letting them exploit for instance the oil fields in the North-East of Syria.

The integration of the SDF comes as a part of the general and complete capitulation of the PKK and their integration into the different States they are active in. In Iraq, the PKK also burned their weapons during a ceremony, but in Syria this capitulation is especially cynical. This year, the murderers of Al Jolani drowned the Kurdish people in blood during military offensives into areas controlled by the SDF.

At the same time the commander Abdi was named as a presidential aid. In their integration into the forces of the Syrian regime they maintain their task as mercenaries of Yankee-imperialism. The Women’s unit YPJ is also currently negotiating their integration as a special “anti-terrorism unit”.
