Update on the case of the journalist Ertan Çıta

Yeni Demokrasi reports that the Ankara 4th High Criminal Court has rejected the objection of the lawyer of their journalist Ertan Çıta to the decision to froze his assets, which will be brought to the Constitutional Court. Çıta is being persecuted because of his journalism and was released in January to await trial after four months of imprisonment. It was also reported that his collective transport card for Istanbul was confiscated with the decision that froze his assets on the 14th of February, which we wrote on earlier.
