Austria: Pictures From the Demonstration Against the ESC in Vienna

We hereby share an unofficial translation of a note published today by Die Rote Fahne on the protests in Vienna against the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).

Correspondents from Die Rote Fahne were at the demonstration against the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. Thousands gathered to oppose this imperialist spectacle and, in particular, to protest Israel’s participation. Here we would like to publish the first pictures from our correspondents.

14 Young Struggle activists were surrounded by 80 police officers and arrested while demonstrating on the steps of Vienna’s main library, near the Vienna Stadthalle, where the ESC was being held.
