Palestine: Ceasefire agreement between Islamic Jihad and the State of Israel

After the last bombings against Palestine, Islamic Jihad and the State of Israel had made a ceasefire agreement, active since 22:00 of Saturday 13th May. This agreement would be achieved with the collaboration of the Egyptian State.
The last week, the struggle in Palestine was intensifying, with a much bigger number of rockets launched against Israeli territory, and bombings of Israeli State against Palestine. In these five days of sharpening of conflict, at least 33 Palestinians and two Israelis died. We already published an article about that. Also, the State of Israel put in isolation three imprionsed leaders of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine [PFLP]: Ahmad Sa’adat, Ahed Abu Ghoulmeh and Walid Hanatsheh.
After that, would be pressures to achieve a truce and stop the conflict, but Israeli State claim on 13th May, that “Gaza offensive will continue until Islamic Jihad ceases rocket firing”. In this statement, also mentioned that the Egyptian State was working with the Palestinian Resistance to achieve a ceasefire, but on that moment, was not achieved. Finally, they achieved a truce, and Islamic Jihad was grateful for the Egyptian State efforts.
Also US Imperialism greet the agreement, highlighting the positive role of Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and another associates of Yankees, as Qatar’s Emir, Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. In a brief press release, the White House stated: “The United States welcomes tonight’s announcement of a ceasefire between Israel and Gaza-based militants brokered by the Egyptian Government after nearly five days of fighting. U.S. officials worked closely with regional partners to achieve this resolution to the hostilities to prevent further loss of life and restore calm for both Israelis and Palestinians. We are grateful for the critical diplomatic efforts of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and senior Egyptian officials, as well as Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar.”
However, few hours after the agreement, the State of Israel claimed that Palestinians would be broken the ceasefire agreement. After that, according to Quds News Network, the State of Israel raided the city of Nablus in order to continue the harassment and offensive against the Palestinian people. We can take in account that this truce will be so fragile than the previous ones, and will be a useless agreement.
