Mexico: Sandra Domínguez’ relatives lifted the sit-in which lasted 13 days and denounced threats

The website Sol Rojo Mexico reported recently that the relatives of Sandra Domínguez, the disappeared Ayuuk lawyer and feminist activist, announced the end of the sit-in in front of the governmental palace of Oaxaca, known as the “Palace of Ignominy”. We reported on this sit-in recently:

Sandra Domínguez is still disappeared and the family denounces the incapacity of the Salomón Jara government to present her alive. A protest march was carried out at the main square of the city and they announced that the struggle process will continue to demand the alive presentation of the disappeared activist. The organization Current of the People – Red Sun and other organizations such as the Consortium Oaxaca were among the attendants in these events.

After the protest march, the family held a press conference and denounced the harassment and threats they faced during the sit-in.

At the end of the press conference, the family and the organizations demanded the continuation of the support in the searching and alive presentation of Sandra Domínguez.
