The Old Indian State Attacks Surendra Gadling Once Again

On Tuesday, Supreme Court Justice Shree Chandrashekhar recused himself from hearing the bail plea of advocate Surendra Gadling, accused in the 2018 Bhima Koregaon case fabricated by the old Indian State. This is the third judge who has recused himself from hearing the matter. This is yet another attempt by the old Indian State to extend the case against Surendra Gadling.
Surendra Gadling is the only one of the Bhima Koregaon-16 still in jail. Seven years later charges still have not been pressed against him. The Campaign Against State Repression (CASR) organized a public meeting on March 12th to demand his immediate release, as we reported:
