Israel continues its Genocide of the Palestinian People

It has been 8 days since the initiation of the great counter-offensive of the Palestinian National Resistance, “Al-Aqsa flood”. In an attempt to drown the just struggle of the masses in blood, the State of Israel is intensifying the genocide against the Palestinian people and expanding its list of war crimes.
Just before midnight on the 12th of October the IDF announced their ultimatum that the 1,1 million people living in northern Gaza had to evacuate within 24 hours. The act of displacement of civilian population in an occupied territory is clearly defined as a war crime, such as in the charter of the Nürnberg Tribunal, Article 6(b), as well as Article 49 and 147 of the Fourth Geneva Convention.
After attempting to create chaos by announcing a time limit way to short to evacuate 1,1 million people, the IDF has still not commenced its full ground invasion of Gaza, seeming to wait until a good moment while terrorizing the population of Gaza with bombing.
While some people have tried to evacuate most people are staying and resisting the displacement. There has been reports that the IDF has bombed evacuating civilians, killing at least 70 people.
Adding to its war crimes, the State of Israel has bombed hospitals, ambulances and apartment buildings, killing and wounding medical personnel and thousands of civilians.
The State of Israel is also reported to have bombed a group of clearly marked journalists in Lebanon, killing one Reuters journalist and wounding six other journalists. The Sate of Israel also attacks the press within its own borders. BBC has reported that their journalists were harassed by the police, and now the Israeli Communications Minister is seeking to shut down the Israeli bureau of Al Jazeera.

It has now been confirmed from several sources that Israel has used white phosphorus in Gaza and Lebanon.
The current acts of the State of Israel is nothing new but is an intensification of the genocidal attempt to erase the physical existence of the Palestinian People, that has been going on for decades.
After the start of the “Al-Aqsa flood” counter-offensive, leaders of imperialist States were quick to denounce the struggle of the Palestinian People and voice their support of the genocidal “revenge” of the State of Israel. The question of “revenge” is only a false justification for exterminating the Palestinian people, as it was not an act of aggression, but the justified resistance of an occupied people.
The US, the UK as well as Germany, have intensified their military support to Israel. In Germany the State has announced a ban of public support of the Palestinian people and a ban of the Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, Samidoun. In France the State has banned pro-Palestinian protests and has used teargas to suppress the popular support for the Palestinian people. The British Home Secretary has sent a letter to police chiefs in England and Wales, stating that waving the Palestinian flag, and shouting slogans such as “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”, may be a criminal offense.
The military, economic and political support of the imperialist for the genocide against the Palestinian people also makes them complicit in the war crimes. The International Center of Justice for Palestinians has warned of their intention to prosecute UK government officials for “aiding and abetting” war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
In a recent statement the International Communist League – ICL has declared its support for the struggle of the Palestinian National Resistance. The ICL swears that “the spilled blood of the Palestinian people will not go unpunished”, and calls for a great support and solidarity campaign to the armed struggle of national resistance by the Palestinian people, by broadly mobilizing the masses in its defense and carrying out powerful actions against representations of the state of Israel and of Yankee imperialism. This call is now available in at least ten languages.

The Indian Nazariya Magazine today published a longer article in support of the armed national liberation struggle of the Palestinians, denouncing the complicity of the Modi regime.
The reactionary attacks against democratic rights in imperialist countries such as the UK, France and Germany has not stopped the masses from showing their solidarity with the Palestinian people.
In the UK it is reported that tens of thousands have protested for a free Palestine in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. In London fifteen protesters were arrested, and there was clashes with the police.
In Germany there has been reports of thousands of people demonstration in at least Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig, and Hamburg. There were several clashes between demonstrators and the police.
In France several hundred defied the ban and gathered in a rally for Palestine in Paris, facing teargas and water cannons used by the French police. It is reported that demonstrators chanted “Israel murderer” and “Macron accomplice”.
In the “Extended Middle East”, tens of thousands have attended rallies in solidarity with the struggle of the Palestinian people.
Despite the powerful support of the masses, especially in the countries of the “Extended Middle East”, the regimes there remain as dogs of their imperialist masters, hypocritical national traitors, as the Government of Egypt who will not open its border, and supports Israel in enforcing the deadly blockade of Gaza, or the Qatar regime, its Emir being an intimate friend of the “Godfather from Hamburg”, German chancellor Olaf Scholz.
